Venue
We meet at the Capital City Club Downtown, 7 John Portman Blvd. Directions. There is free valet parking. Ask at the front desk for the Atlanta Business Roundtable and they will direct you to our meeting room.
Timeline
Please arrive shortly before noon. We start serving lunch several minutes after noon.
At about 12:45 pm we will introduce you and the floor is yours. Our speakers typically talk for about 25 minutes and we then have 10 minutes or so of Q&A. Of course, it’s your show so organize the time as you wish.
We promise our membership that we will adjourn at or before 1:30 pm.
Audio/Visual Equipment
If you have a digital presentation, we have a large LED TV available. If you bring your own laptop computer or tablet and it has an HDMI port, we’ll connect to the TV using an HDMI cable. We supply the cable.
If you email your presentation the day before the presentation, we will have it on the TV when you arrive.
