The March meeting of the Roundtable is at noon on Thursday, March 20th, at the downtown Capital City Club. This meeting is for Roundtable members only.
Our speaker is Dr. Robert T. Jones IV. The grandson of golfing legend Bobby Jones, Dr. Jones is a nationally recognized sport psychologist and has appeared on major sports outlets including Golf Channel, ESPN, and NBC Sports.
A licensed psychologist at The Behavioral Institute of Atlanta, Dr. Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Borromeo College of Ohio, along with a Master’s degree in Divinity and a Ph.D. in Psychology.
Dr. Jones is a key advocate for the Robert T. Jones Memorial Trust, set up in his grandfather’s name to foster student exchanges between Emory University and St. Andrews University in Scotland. The program has recently been expanded to fund Jones Biomedical Engineering Fellows at Georgia Tech.
Dr. Jones will share unique insights into the professional values his grandfather espoused as well as Bobby’s ongoing legacy in the Atlanta area.
